Your safety
A stranger at your door should never be a guess
Someone comes into your home for every ServiQuick job. So these rules are part of how ServiQuick works from day one. They are not extras.
01The ten rules
Before a provider goes live
- 01 Met in person
Our team meets every provider face to face and keeps a record of their photo and address.
- 02 ID checked
Government ID is checked through DigiLocker before the “Verified” badge appears.
- 03 Background check
A police or court-record check is done before the provider can take bookings.
- 04 Local references
At launch, providers join by invite only, each with two local references.
On the day of the job
- 05 Photo first
You see the provider's name and photo before they arrive.
- 06 Start-job code
Give your 4-digit code only when the person at your door matches the photo. No code, no job.
- 07 Share your booking
Send live booking details to family in one tap.
- 08 SOS
One button reaches our team and your emergency contact.
- 09 Your address stays private
The provider gets your full address only on the booking day.
If something goes wrong
- 10 Zero tolerance
The provider is suspended at once, we help the police fully, and we speak with you directly.
These safety features are being built now and will be in place before the first real booking.
-
If the same problem comes back within 7 days, the provider comes back and fixes it at no extra cost. Any extra parts are shown to you and approved by you before they are used.
-
Every provider is met in person, ID-checked and background-checked before taking bookings. On the day, you see their photo first, the job starts only with your 4-digit code, and an SOS button is always there. See Safety.
