ServiQuick has not opened for bookings yet. This page covers what the site does today. The full version will be published before bookings open.
Who we are
ServiQuick (serviquick.in) is a local-services booking product made by Crayont in Tamil Nadu, India. For anything about your data, write to hello@serviquick.in or hello@crayont.com.
What we collect today
The only form on this site is the early-access form. When you fill it in, we store:
- your mobile number,
- whether you need a service or offer one,
- that you gave consent, and when,
- which form you used (top or bottom of the page).
We do not ask for your name, address or location, and this site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
Only to send you a message when ServiQuick opens in your town, as you agreed when you ticked the consent box. We do not use it for anything else, and we never sell or share it.
Where it is kept
Your details are stored in a database run for us by our hosting provider, Cloudflare. Access is limited to the ServiQuick team.
How long we keep it
Until we have sent the launch message for your town, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can:
- ask what we hold about you,
- ask us to correct it,
- withdraw your consent and ask us to delete it,
- raise a complaint with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India.
Email hello@serviquick.in or hello@crayont.com from anywhere, mentioning your number. We will reply within 7 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
